In a slow economy when many companies are scaling back—or eliminating—annual or celebratory company events outside the office, Digital has been very busy planning events. Company events are important because they bring your team together outside of the business environment, which helps boost employee morale.
CL&D Digital is a sponsor of the Milwaukee Polo Club and this year’s employee event was a match and luncheon on Sunday, August 1. Many employees, their families, and guests enjoyed a great day of socializing and beautiful weather. The Milwaukee team lost to St. Louis in the extra seventh chukker (or period, there are six in a regular match). Everyone—especially the kids—got a kick out of the fast-paced action and the tradition of stomping the divots.
We truly are “tiger people” at CL&D Digital – and we’re always on the prowl for other great people to enhance our team.
